1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Local Delivery: 1–2 business days

  • Regional Delivery: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your tracking number and tracking details where available.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Shopperfume is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to customer error

  • Additional shipping fees resulting from address corrections

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier service.

Shopperfume is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect customer information

6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and products

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. Include your order number and supporting images

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, Shopperfume is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.
