Shopperfume creates affordable, high-quality interpretations and alternative formulations inspired by designer fragrance profiles.

  • No Association: Brand names, trademarks, and copyrights referenced on this Site belong entirely to their respective original designers and manufacturers. Shopperfume has no affiliation, connection, sponsorship, or endorsement with any designer brand.

  • Descriptive Use Only: Any use of designer brand names or product names on our website is purely for comparative and descriptive purposes to guide consumers regarding scent family profiles. We do not sell original designer fragrances, and we do not represent our products as such.

3. Product Accuracy and Pricing

  • Scent Variations: Because our fragrances are inspired alternatives, slight variations in scent profile, performance, and longevity may occur compared to the original designer brands.

  • Visuals: Product packaging, bottle styles, and labels may vary slightly from the images displayed on the Site.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue a product at any time.

4. Orders, Payments, and Billing

  • Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, or if there is an error in pricing or description.

  • Payment Gateways: Payments are processed securely via our integrated third-party payment gateways. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • Delivery Estimates: Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays caused by courier partners, smart-locker networks, or logistical challenges are outside our direct control.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the designated shipping carrier or collection locker point.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges (CPA Compliance)

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

  • Cooling-Off Period: Under ECTA, you are entitled to cancel an online transaction within 7 days of receiving the goods, provided the goods remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Hygiene and Safety: Due to the nature of cosmetic and perfume products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for fragrances that have been opened, unsealed, or sprayed, unless the product is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Defective Goods: If you receive a damaged or broken bottle, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Prohibited Uses of the Site

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content:
